1. Market Planning & Execution: Conduct in-depth research on market dynamics in the biodegradable materials industry, including market trends, competitive landscape, and policy directives for products such as BOPLA (Biaxially Oriented PLA), modified resins, and biodegradable PLA products. Participate in formulating marketing strategies aligned with corporate development goals, and drive efficient implementation to enhance market share in the biomaterials sector.
2. Brand Building & Promotion: Oversee holistic brand development, planning and executing brand promotion campaigns through multi-channel (online/offline) marketing to elevate brand awareness, reputation, and influence in the biodegradable materials field.Cultivate a brand image emphasizing eco-friendliness and technological leadership.
3. Sales & Customer Relationship Management:Conduct customer acquisition, product sales, and client retention activities while maintaining strong customer relationships. Gain deep insights into customer needs for biodegradable materials, promptly resolve product-related issues, and improve customer satisfaction/loyalty to drive repeat purchases and long-term partnerships.
4. Product Market Analysis & Feedback: Collaborate with R&D and production teams to analyze market demands and competitive advantages of biomaterials products. Provide data-driven recommendations for product improvements, optimizations, and new product development based on market feedback to ensure alignment with customer needs.
5. Marketing Data Analytics & Decision Support: Regularly collect, organize, and analyze market and sales data to provide actionable insights for marketing decisions. Adjust marketing strategies and sales approaches in real-time to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.

1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Polymer Materials, or related fields. Priority given to candidates with knowledge of the biomaterials industry. Proficiency in both written and spoken English required for international exhibition participation and cross-border business communication.
2. Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in biomaterials, eco-friendly materials, or related sectors, with proven track record in market development and brand promotion. Familiarity with sales channels and commercialization models for biodegradable materials preferred.
3. Professional Competencies: Mastery of marketing, brand management, and sales management methodologies, with expertise in applying marketing tools (e.g., SWOT analysis, 4P/4C models, digital marketing platforms).
4. Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to facilitate cross-departmental coordination and external client engagement at all organizational levels.
5. Professional Ethics & Work Style: Strong integrity and professional conduct, demonstrating accountability, proactive task execution, and innovative problem-solving.
