XSYIM01

XSYIM01 is an injection-molding grade biodegradable resin, available in two sub-grades: XSYIM01FG (food-grade) and XSYIM01UFG (non-food-grade). The resin particles are milky white, prone to moisture absorption, and odorless. During injection molding, the resin exhibits good flowability, rapid crystallization rate, and certain toughness. It is free from harmful elements such as Pb, Cd, Hg, Cr, PBB, and PBDE, as well as toxic substances like phthalate plasticizers and bisphenol A. The food safety performance of XSYIM01FG meets the relevant requirements of GB4806, while the biodegradability of both sub-grades complies with international authoritative standards such as EN13432 and ASTM D6400.

  4. Storage and Packaging

    This product is made of fully biodegradable plastic particles and should be stored in a dry, ventilated place, away from light. After unpacking, use it as soon as possible. For particles that are not fully used in a timely manner after unpacking, they should be dried at a temperature of 80 ℃ for 4 hours during the next use.
