Industrial Park Construction Focus

We will establish a PLA-based biodegradable materials industrial park, attracting upstream and downstream enterprises to settle within the park, and build it into a bio-materials industrial cluster with a scale of "1,000 acres in land area and RMB 10 billion in annual output value".

Masterbatch resin market orientation

We will forge in-depth collaborations with strategic partners to extend our upstream operations into the development of biodegradable modified resins and specialized functional masterbatches for biaxially oriented films. Our goal is to establish a technology-driven enterprise specializing in modified resins and functional masterbatches, with planned production capacity exceeding 20,000 metric tons. Upon full operation, annual output value in this sector is projected to reach RMB 400 million.

BOPLA technology development direction

We will deepen our efforts to strengthen industrial foundations, taking functional BOPLA as our core product. In collaboration with strategic partners, we will complete the R&D of China's first set of BOPLA production lines, with plans to construct four BOPLA manufacturing lines. Upon full operation, annual production capacity is expected to exceed 60,000 metric tons, generating over RMB 2 billion in output value.
