XSYEM01

XSYEM01 is an extrusion-grade biodegradable resin, available in two sub-grades: XSYEM01C and XSYEM01H. The resin particles are milky white or light yellow, prone to moisture absorption, and odorless. Among them, XSYEM01C is a resin designed for crystalline straws (which require post-crystallization treatment), enabling straw production speeds of over 160 m/min. The crystalline straws made from this resin do not crack under compression after accelerated aging for 48 hours in a constant temperature and humidity chamber at 85℃ and 85% RH, nor do they crack under compression after freezing for 24 hours at -20℃. XSYEM01H is a high-temperature-resistant resin for straws (which does not require post-crystallization treatment). The food safety performance of the resin meets the relevant requirements of GB4806, with a fluorine content within 100 ppm. Its biodegradability complies with international authoritative standards such as EN13432 and ASTM D6400.

Storage and Packaging

This product is made of fully biodegradable plastic particles and should be stored in a dry, ventilated place, away from light. After unpacking, use it as soon as possible. For particles that are not fully used in a timely manner after unpacking, they should be dried at a temperature of 80 ℃ for 4 hours during the next use.
